1. Confidentiality Commitment

• All conversations, coaching sessions, and personal information shared during the coaching relationship will be kept strictly confidential.

• No details of our discussions will be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent.

2. Exceptions to Confidentiality

Confidentiality will only be broken in the following circumstances:

• If required by law or court order.

• If there is reasonable belief that you may harm yourself or others.

• If there is evidence of abuse, neglect, or criminal activity that must be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Data Protection & Storage

• Session notes and records, if maintained, will be stored securely and only accessible to the coach.

• Any electronic communications (emails, messages) will be kept private and protected, but clients should be aware that digital communication is not 100% secure.

• Personal information will not be sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than coaching.

4. Group Coaching & Shared Spaces

• In group coaching or shared sessions, all participants are expected to maintain confidentiality and respect each other's privacy.

• The coach is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality by other participants.

5. Recording of Sessions

• Coaching sessions will not be recorded without the client's explicit consent.

• If a recording is requested, it will be used only for coaching purposes and stored securely.
