Coaching Code of Conduct and Termination

Code of Conduct

​

To ensure a positive, respectful, and productive coaching environment, all participants are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

​

  1. Respect and Professionalism: Treat your coach and others with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

  2. Commitment: Actively participate in sessions, complete assigned tasks, and communicate openly to maximize the value of the coaching relationship.

  3. Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all shared information, both yours and your coach’s, unless explicit permission is granted to disclose it.

  4. Punctuality: Arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without adjustment to fees.

  5. Honesty: Be honest about your goals, challenges, and progress to ensure the coaching process is effective.

  6. No Substitution: Coaching services are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who has enrolled in the program.

  7. Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the coaching process.

 

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

Termination Policies

​

  1. Termination by the Client:

    • You may terminate your coaching agreement at any time by providing written notice. However, you remain responsible for any payments due under the agreed terms, and no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

    • If you are on a payment plan, all remaining payments must be settled upon termination.

  2. Termination by the Coach:

    • Your coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if you violate the Code of Conduct, fail to make payments, or demonstrate behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the coaching process.

    • In such cases, no refunds will be provided for unused sessions, and any outstanding balances must be paid in full.

  3. Mutual Termination:

    • If both parties agree that the coaching relationship is no longer beneficial, the agreement may be terminated by mutual consent. Any unused sessions or payments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  4. Refunds Upon Termination:

    • Refunds are only issued in accordance with the Refund Policy outlined in your agreement. Termination of services does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
