
Coaching Payment and Refunds
Payment Policy:

Payment Terms: All coaching services require payment in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments can be made via the methods specified on our website or invoice.

Payment Plans: If a payment plan is offered, you agree to adhere to the scheduled payments until the full amount is paid. Missed payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is settled.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as outlined in your agreement.
Refund Policy:

No Refund After Commitment: Once coaching sessions have begun beyond the first session, no refunds will be issued. Coaching requires commitment, and your investment is reserved for your scheduled time and resources.

Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your coaching program after it has started, you remain responsible for the full payment as per the agreed terms.

Exceptions: Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.
Rescheduling and Missed Sessions:

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions rescheduled with less notice may be forfeited. Please see Cancellation Policy.

No-Shows: Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
